The Z’s….. It’s not a Sleeping Giant.

Who are the Z’s and how can the church reach this distracted generation?

Each new generation of people gains a new name and exhibits certain characteristics. For instance, the Baby-Boomer generation is named after the group of people who was born between 1946-1964. They received this name because birth rates spiked after WWII, therefore their generation was deemed that title by sociologists. They also have certain characteristics that represent them, though not everyone shares these. Some characteristics of Baby Boomers are: hard working, mentally tough, and resourceful. Knowing about the generation has helped churches and society meet needs within this large group of people.
