We miss physically meeting together as a church, but we are glad that we are able to offer a way for your family to worship together at home. While we know that watching online is not quite the same as gathering together, we want you to have the best possible experience in joining us online as we navigate through this weird time. So, here are some tips and tricks on the best way to watch Sunday’s service.

Right now, we are streaming the service on 3 different platforms: Facebook, our website, and the Rocky Creek app. The service will go live at 9AM each Sunday and be available to watch in full right after it goes live.

By offering our service on these different platforms, it gives you the flexibility to watch on any type of device: mobile, tablet, computer, or TV. Here are a few different ways you can view the service as a family.

#1 – Watch it directly on your device.

Whether you’re watching on your phone, tablet, or laptop you can gather the family on the sofa or around the table. The best part? No one will know if you wear your pajamas.

#2 – “Cast” or AirPlay to your TV.

Many new TVs, satellite boxes, and popular streaming sticks like Chromecast allow you to send the stream straight to your TV from your phone or tablet without having to plug anything in.

Make sure your devices are connected to your home Wifi network and if you’re watching from Facebook or our website, you may see an icon that looks like either one of these. Simply tap that icon and select your TV or device your send the stream to.

#3 – Plug in with HDMI.

If all else fails, plug in your computer with an HDMI cord to the back of your TV. You might not think you have an HDMI cable lying around, but you’d be surprised. You might can use the one already plugged in from your satellite/cable box or possibly borrow one from a gaming system from around the house.

We hope you find these tips helpful and helps make it easier for your family to worship with us on Sunday!
