The Children's Ministry Director provides leadership, vision, and oversight for the spiritual growth, care, and development of children and families at Rocky Creek Church. This role combines strong administrative leadership with creativity, energy, and a deep passion for helping children and families know and follow Jesus.

Rocky Creek is committed to developing leaders who desire to use their passions and in missional callings. College students are encouraged to invest a semester or a summer to serve as an intern.

Residency participants are those who can clearly communicate a call to ministry and are ready to obtain ministry experience to explore an identified ministry objective, or are ministry leaders who find themselves at Rocky Creek for a time of renewal/rest.
