Rocky Creek is committed to developing leaders who desire to use their passions and in missional callings. College students are encouraged to invest a semester or a summer to serve as an intern.

The Hispanic Pastor is responsible for creating, managing, and executing the efforts of our Hispanic Congregation that evangelize, equip, and mobilize the members to make disciples. This includes working with other pastors and through ministers, teams, and committees responsible for the Hispanic Ministry at Rocky Creek.

Residency participants are those who can clearly communicate a call to ministry and are ready to obtain ministry experience to explore an identified ministry objective, or are ministry leaders who find themselves at Rocky Creek for a time of renewal/rest.
